When recruiters forget that, it gets frustrating and being in the middle they are the first to be blamed.
Ironically, to help recruiters give people a chance, someone needs to give them a chance. And that can't come from technology, as many companies love to believe. Technology can't fix social issues.
That's why you won't read how we're fixing recruitment with our revolutionary AI-powered ATS. We do have a couple of ideas on how to make recruitment better.
In 2023, I left software engineering for recruitment. Soon I realized most ATS didn't understand how external recruiters work, so I decided to make it myself.
